Passport Mobile Parking App
Pay for parking using the Passport Parking APP on your smartphone. Select a pay lot and choose how long you need to park. You’ll need your license plate number and a debit or credit card - your license plate serves as your permit.
On the main campus, Passport Parking is available in these lots: Memorial Union (MU), Peltier Visitor (PV), SHEP, T2, Visitor E, and Wellness Center (WE). See the NDSU Parking Map for locations.
Limited downtown parking may be available at the ELIM lot 321 9th St N using the app. This lot may close for events at Barry Hall—check the app for notifications.
