Duncan Undergraduate Research Scholars Program
The Russell and Anna Duncan Undergraduate Research Scholars Program (Duncan Scholars Program), offered by the NDSU College of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Natural Resources (CAFSNR), supports undergraduate students engaged in research. Established through the generosity of the Duncan family, this program provides financial assistance to students taking on significant research responsibilities under faculty mentorship, fostering collaboration between students and faculty while bridging academic research with real-world agricultural applications.
Eligibility
As this program is designed for students who have already established a research relationship with a faculty member, most proposals will come from sophomores or juniors. However, freshmen with prior research experience are also eligible to apply.
All applicants must intend to be full-time students in the College of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Natural Resources during both the fall and spring semesters of the upcoming academic year.
