Bill Perrizo Scholarship

The Bill Perrizo Scholarship Fund is available to Graduate students who are majoring in Computer Science and have earned a 3.0 GPA or higher. Preference will be given to those who have passed the Comprehensive Exam at the PhD level, or to a PhD candidate who has passed the qualifier exam and is researching in the areas of Database or Data Mining or to a graduate of a North Dakota or Minnesota High School.

CS Department Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students that are enrolled at NDSU at the time of disbursement, identified as a student with a major in computer science, and completed at least 24 hours of required computer science courses at NDSU.

Doosan and Bobcat Company Scholarship

The Doosan and Bobcat Company Scholarship is made available to incoming freshmen with a minimum 3.50 GPA. Preference is given to students majoring in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Ag & Biosystems) Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics and Management Information Systems.

Koenig-Dunner Endowed Scholarship

The Koenig-Dunner Endowed Scholarship is available to juniors majoring in Construction Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Crop and Weed Sciences, Finance or Agricultural Economics. Student must have earned a 3.0 or higher GPA with a preference to those who graduated from a North Dakota high school.

MDU (Montana Dakota Utilities)

Available to NDSU sophomore or junior students who are from areas served by MDU, are majoring in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Computer Science, are enrolled at least half-time with a minimum of 3.00 cumulative GPA and demonstrate a need for financial assistance.

Microsoft/Fargo Computer Science Undergraduate Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled at NDSU at the time of application and disbursement, has a declared a major in Computer Science and who is a sophomore, junior or senior. Applicants must have earned a minimum GPA of 3.4. Applicants who will be juniors or seniors must have completed 24 credits at NDSU including CS 160 and 161. Applicants who will be sophomores must have completed 15 credits at NDSU including CS160 and will be taking CS 161 in the following academic year.

Niehaus Family Endowed Scholarship

Student must be enrolled full-time as a sophomore, junior, or senior at NDSU and pursuing a major within the Department of Computer Science or the College of Engineering and have a GPA between 2.25 – 3.0. Preference will be given to students who have participated in a research project or had a summer job, and students who were/is an Eagle Scout or Girl Scout Gold Award recipient.

Nygard Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student enrolled at NDSU at the time of application and disbursement. The recipient must have a declared Computer Science Major and is an undergraduate student that has completed at least four computer science courses that count toward a computer science major.

Paul Juell Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to students enrolled at NDSU at the time of application and disbursement, have a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and have a declared Computer Science major. Preference is given to a member of the student chapter of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Rahul Devabhaktuni Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to qualifying graduate students. The recipient shall be a full-time graduate student enrolled in the Computer Science program in the College of Science and Mathematics. Preference shall be given to those applicants who maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher and have been involved in research activities leading to publication of the research or presentation of research findings at a conference.

Wes Schreiner Scholarship

The Wes Schreiner Scholarship is available to students who are majoring in either Computer Science or Computer Engineering and have earned a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and who graduated from a North Dakota high school.
