Requesting a Civil Rights Certification

Federal agencies place a high priority on civil rights enforcement, including programs that receive federal funding.  Therefore, agencies may require those involved with grant activities to provide certification from NDSU regarding civil rights education and enforcement compliance.

If you require civil rights certification or other information related to civil rights at NDSU for federal grant related activities, you may obtain that by contacting the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty and Equity at

Student Focused. Land Grant. Research University.
