The Memorial Union: A Place for All Bison
For more than 70 years, the Memorial Union has been the heart of North Dakota State University – a place where generations of Bison have gathered, learned and built lifelong memories. It’s where friendships are formed over coffee, ideas are sparked in study groups, memories are made at events, and visitors experience the warmth and pride of the Bison community. With more than a million visits each year, the Union is not just a building, it’s a vital part of what makes NDSU feel like home.
Now, we stand at a pivotal moment. As our campus evolves, so must the spaces that support it. We are exploring a bold renovation and potential expansion of the Memorial Union to ensure it continues to serve the next generation of Bison with the same spirit, purpose and pride.
