Welcome to Conference and Event Services
NDSU Conference & Event Services manages event spaces in several unique buildings where you can host your meetings and events - Memorial Union, McGovern Alumni Center, Barry Hall, and Bentson Bunker Field House (BBFH). Each building offers a variety of rooms with custom arrangements to fit your event needs. We also schedule department and student meetings in classroom spaces throughout campus.
We provide a wide range of services from basic meeting scheduling to complex event planning. Our knowledgeable staff will assist with all event coordination services, including room layouts, catering, audio/visual/technology needs, parking, and more.
Our focus is to serve student organizations, departments, and external campus guests by providing professional advice and excellent customer service, while ensuring you have a worry-free event!
