Esports Lab
The state-of-the-art Esports Gaming Lab is located in Ladd Hall 316. It opened in February 2024 and includes 36 machines, two console gaming stations, a shout casting room to stream games, a six-person conference table, a teacher station, six wall monitors, and a projector. Reservations can be made for 12 computers, 24 computers, or the entire lab space.
Policies
Payment is due in full prior to the event unless it is an NDSU Department or a pre-approved AR charge.
NDSU and the Esports Lab are not responsible for damages incurred to equipment during the area reservation. Damage fees will be assessed to the group using the lab.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours before the reservation period to avoid a no-show fee.
Groups that do not show up for a reservation may be charged for the full reservation cost. (Up to $50/hour for the total reserved hours).
Food and beverages are not allowed in the Esports Lab.
Please note there are an additional 12 lab computers open for walk-in players. These are not included in your reservation.
