When planning an event outside at NDSU, Event Services can assist you in the reservation and Facility Use Agreement (FUA) process. All Equipment and Electrical/Grounds needs must be requested via a work order to Facilities Management 3 weeks prior to event. Memorial union does not provide any equipment at outdoors spaces. Literature Distribution- Form must be approved by Union Director.
