Kylie Hildre of Velva, North Dakota, is the 97th Little International Queen, awarded by the NDSU Saddle and Sirloin Club. Hildre is a senior in her second year of nursing school with a minor in human development and family science. She is the daughter of Marty and Jennifer Hildre and is the sister of Carson Hildre and Reagan Sedivec.
