Tuition and Fee Structure

IDEA programs use a single, set tuition rate per credit hour for all students, regardless of where you live. There are no additional out-of-state or distance delivery fees. Books and supplies are not included in tuition.

  • Same rate for all students – no in-state vs. out-of-state pricing.
  • Program-based IDEA tuition – each program follows the IDEA consortium tuition schedule.
  • No NDSU tuition waivers for IDEA courses.
