Sarah Swartz is the Academic Coordinator for the Bachelor of Science in Health Services program at North Dakota State University. Through this role, she is responsible for coordinating the undergraduate program, recruitment and retention for the program, and working with students to ensure they are meeting their academic and future career goals. Previous roles at NDSU include the Vaccine Promotion Project Manager for the North Dakota State University Department of Public Health, COVID-19 case manager with the ND Department of Health (NDDoH), and as a graduate assistant for NDSU's Center for Immunization Research and Education (CIRE). 

Sarah has lived in Fargo since 2010, and decided to stay close to home when choosing a college. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, with a minor in Chemistry, from NDSU in 2018. She then went on to earn her Master of Public Health degree from NDSU in May 2020, where she specialized in the Management of Infectious Diseases.

When she isn’t working or spending time with family/friends, Sarah enjoys playing piano, working on crossword puzzles, and spending time with her rescue dog, Mouse.
