Program Overview

Our inclusive college-to-career program is designed to support students across all areas of personal and professional development. We focus on building academic success, social confidence, job readiness, and independent living skills to prepare students for life beyond the classroom.


Academics

    Students attend and actively participate in college courses alongside peers without disabilities, receiving individualized support to ensure academic success.
  • Self-Advocacy
    Students learn to communicate their needs, ask for accommodations, and take responsibility for their academic journey.

Social

    Students strengthen their communication and interpersonal skills, promoting positive peer relationships and confident social interactions.

    Students are encouraged to get involved in campus and local community life, helping them build networks and a sense of belonging.
