The NDSU Meat Lab Bundles Club is a premium monthly subscription program created to deliver high-quality, student-processed meat products to our community. Each month, members receive a thoughtfully curated bundle centered around a distinctive theme. Selections may feature seasonal favorites, game-day essentials, grilling assortments, holiday specialties, or comfort classics.
Each bundle includes a variety of premium products prepared and processed by students in the NDSU Meat Science program under the supervision of experienced faculty. This program not only provides exceptional meats at an outstanding value, but also directly supports hands-on student training and experiential education at North Dakota State University.
Membership in the Bundles Club is limited and offered in three fixed-term subscription options:
- 3-Month Program – $225 one-time upfront payment
(Equivalent to $75 per bundle; subscription concludes after three months.) - 6-Month Program – $360 one-time upfront payment
(Equivalent to $60 per bundle; subscription concludes after six months.) - 12-Month Program – $600 one-time upfront payment
(Equivalent to $50 per bundle; subscription concludes after twelve months.)

The NDSU Meat Lab offers custom processing for locally raised livestock, with options for whole or half beef and pork as well as whole lamb processing. Customers can work directly with our team by filling out a custom processing form to select their preferred cutting instructions so their meat is processed and packaged to meet their specific needs. Pricing is approximately $6 per pound for beef, $3.50–$4 per pound for pork, and $4–$5 per pound for lamb. These approximate prices include slaughter, waste disposal, and processing fees, though final pricing may vary based on carcass yield, sausage processing, and the selection of standard or specialty cuts. Our facility focuses on quality, food safety, and hands-on education while providing professionally cut and wrapped products ready for your freezer.
