Fruit, Vegetable, and Woody Plant Field Day

The North Dakota State University Department of Plant Sciences annually hosts a fruit, vegetable, and woody plant field day at the NDSU Horticulture Research Farm and Arboretum near Amenia, North Dakota.

The field day generally includes presentations on crops currently being researched such as grapes, apples, raspberries, onions, and garlic. Also featured are high-tunnel production techniques, mulching studies in horticulture, and woody plant breeding research.
