Administered by the Department of Plant Sciences, this cutting-edge program offers both Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees, immersing you in groundbreaking research on the proteins, carbohydrates, enzymes and lipids of cereals, legumes and northern-grown crops. Key areas of focus include barley malting and brewing, wheat milling, baking and pasta processing, along with the stability of bioactive compounds and functional foods.
