Final Score Formula
Final Score = [(Abstract Score × 1) + (Poster Score × 2)] ÷ 3
Tie-Breaking Policy
In the event of tied final scores, the higher Poster Presentation Evaluation score will determine the final ranking.

Cancer-Related Research
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Poster Presentation
Non-Cancer-Related Research
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Poster Presentation
Conflict of Interest Policy
Reviewers and judges should not evaluate:

abstracts from their own laboratory,

direct collaborators,

or projects presenting a clear conflict of interest.
Reviewer Expectations
Reviewers and judges are expected to maintain confidentiality, evaluate submissions fairly and objectively, avoid personal bias, and provide consistent scientific assessment according to the official evaluation criteria.
