NDSU DCE is now offering classes that apply to the English Learner (EL) Endorsement. The EL Endorsement consists of 16-semester hours including 2-semester hours of field teaching experience. These four online courses fulfill 8 of the semester hours including 2-semester hours of field experience for the endorsement.
