Welcome to NDSU Summer Camps and Conferences
Conference and Event Services coordinates camps, meetings, and conference events on the campus of North Dakota State University. Our services include coordination of housing, catering, facilities, and assisting with all other accommodations to make your event successful!
Our summer schedule begins approximately two weeks after Spring Commencement, and ends three weeks before the residence halls open for fall semester.
We have hosted international, national, and statewide organizations, athletic camps, student councils, church, civic, and cultural groups in addition to educational organizations. We look forward to hosting you!

Public Transportion
City Buses
Campus is served by the Metropolitan Area Transit Busing System, or commonly known as MATBUS. Several of the MATBUS routes have stops at NDSU, that run directly, or connect to the greater Fargo-Moorhead Area.
Fargo Airport
Hector International Airport serves the greater Fargo-Moorhead area. Conveniently located across 19th Avenue N. from NDSU, the airport connects the world to Fargo. 5 major airlines operate out of Hector International, making it easy for you to arrive here from whatever destination you're originating from.
The airport also features car rental service, for those who need ground transportation during their visit.
Amtrak
Fargo has daily service on the Empire Builder route from Seattle to Chicago.
Greyhound Bus Service
Greyhound as multiple daily buses departing and arriving at the NDSU campus main gate.
