Gender Equity Awareness Workshops

Gender Equity Awareness Workshops

All current faculty members are expected to participate in these gender equity awareness workshops. As new faculty are hired, they will be expected to attend one of these workshops within the first three years of their appoitment.
The workshops draw on a variety of information including institutional data related to gender and incorporate action steps and include follow-up and assessment.
