NDGS Scholarship

In 2015, Mr. Lonnie Hass, former Director of the North Dakota Governor’s School (NDGS), established a scholarship endowment to support NDGS alumni attending North Dakota State University.

This scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time student at NDSU who has successfully completed the NDGS program and demonstrated continued pursuit of excellence since their participation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have completed the NDGS program
• Must be enrolled full-time at NDSU at the time of disbursement
• Preference is given to:
  • Incoming freshmen
  • Applicants who have received awards or recognition at the state level or higher.

This scholarship reflects Mr. Hass’s ongoing commitment to recognizing and supporting the academic potential of NDGS alumni.
