Evie Myers, vice president of equity, diversity and global outreach, was named a member of Rotary in May.

Founded in 1905, Rotary is a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in all vocations and helps build good will and peace in the world. Approximately 1.2 million Rotarians belong to more than 32,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas.

Rotary clubs bring together dedicated individuals to exchange ideas, build relationships and take action. Rotary International supports Rotary clubs worldwide by coordinating global programs, campaigns and initiatives. The Rotary Foundation uses generous donations to fund projects by Rotarians and partners.

Myers also is NDSU Title IX coordinator and Americans with Disabilities Act coordinator.

NDSU is recognized as one of the nation's top 108 public and private universities by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education.
