IT Division names classroom technologies specialist

NDSU’s Information Technology Division has promoted Zach Anderson to the position of classroom technologies specialist in the Technical Support Services unit.

Anderson has worked at NDSU for eight months as an audiovisual technician, providing support for technologies in classrooms and computer labs on campus.

In his new role as classroom technologies specialist, he will take on higher-level responsibilities as part of a campuswide expansion to create and deliver dynamic classroom connectivity in support of innovative instruction.

Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior with a double major in communication arts – video production and in cultural theory.

NDSU is recognized as one of the nation’s top 108 public and private universities by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education.
