Student-athletes earn All-Academic status

The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association has announced the NDSU men's cross country team earned the All-Academic Team award. The recognition was announced Feb. 11. 

The Bison posted a 3.32 cumulative team grade point average for the 2014 season. The squad took 16th place at the NCAA Midwest Regional, the third-best regional finish in the school's Division I era.

Ten Bison runners were honored on the Summit League's Academic Honor Roll for the fall season, including three who were named Distinguished Scholars ­ senior Brett Kelly, senior Francis Landman and junior Dalton Herding.
