SHARE

Students from NDSU’s Food Production Management class have planned a “Country Cooking” menu for Tuesday, March 3, and Thursday, March 5, on the lower level of the West Dining Center. Seating begins at 11:30 a.m. and continues until 12:15 p.m.

Students will prepare Caesar salad, roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, sautéed green beans with almonds, cranberry jelly and blueberry-apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream. A variety of beverages will be available. Holly Wadeson and Shelby Tabery, both juniors in the dietetics program, will serve as student managers of the event.

The price of the meal is $8.35. NDSU meal plans are honored, along with Bison bucks, cash, checks and credit cards. Reservations are encouraged, but not required. To make a reservation, call 1-7023.

West Dining Center is located between the four residence hall towers on campus, just south of Newman Outdoor Field. Guests may park in the visitor’s parking lot and enter the building using the street level east door.
