The NDSU women's golf team had three student-athletes named All-American Scholars by the Women's Golf Coaches Association for the 2015-16 season. Maggie Crippen and Alex Schmid were each honored for the third straight year, and Trisa Hutchinson was named for the second consecutive year with cumulative grade-point averages of 3.50 or better.
Crippen, a junior from Missoula, Montana, is majoring in statistics. Schmid, a junior from Shakopee, Minnesota, is majoring in pharmacy. Hutchinson, a sophomore from Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, is majoring in human development and family science.
The Bison tied for third place at the Summit League championship and won three tournaments during the season.
