SHARE

Students from NDSU’s Food Production Management class have planned a Mexican fiesta for Tuesday, April 21, and Thursday, April 23, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. on the lower level of the West Dining Center.

Students will prepare chicken tortilla soup served with shredded Monterey jack, tortilla chips and chopped green onions; white cod taco and Spanish rice with black beans served with fresh guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and crisp shredded lettuce; and dark chocolate covered strawberries garnished with blueberries, raspberry vanilla reduction sauce and white chocolate.

Kendra Carlson and Kristen Mund are the student managers for this meal.

The price of the meal, including a beverage, is $8.35. For anyone not on an NDSU meal plan, cash, check or credit cards will be accepted. People who are on an NDSU meal plan can use Bison Bucks. For reservations, call NDSU Dining Services at 1-7023. Walk-ins are welcome.

West Dining Center is located between the four residence hall towers on campus, just south of Newman Outdoor Field. Visitors may park in the NDSU visitor’s parking lot. Guests can enter the building using the street-level east door.
