SHARE

Will Keim, owner of Will Keim Speaks Inc., will present "Building Community in a Multi-Ethnic Environment" for the Tri-College and Fargo-Moorhead community on Saturday, Sept. 26, at 7 p.m. in the Memorial Union Prairie Rose room. He will present five characteristics of genuine human community, comparing and contrasting them to five characteristics of what philosopher Martin Buber called “Mindless Collective.”

As an educator, residence hall director, educational program coordinator, four-year Division I varsity letterman in baseball and campus minister, Keim understands students and the major issues they face. He has spoken to more than 2 million students, faculty and staff from 2,000 campuses in all 50 states in the United States and most provinces in Canada.

Keim's corporate clients include AT&T, IBM, State Farm Insurance and Delta Airlines. He also has worked with state human resource departments and development organizations.  He is the author of "The Education of Character: Lessons for Beginners," "Spirit Journey," "Life After College," "The Truth About College," and is a contributing author to "Chicken Soup for the College Soul," "Let Your Leadership Speak" and "Greek Inspirations."
