The Department of Residence Life has immediate openings for students, faculty or staff seeking housing opportunities downtown.
Residence Life has partnered with Cityscapes Development to offer new downtown apartments, conveniently located within easy walking distance of Klai, Renaissance and Richard H. Barry halls. While primarily home to NDSU students, others eligible for apartment accommodations include academic staff, visiting faculty and postdoctoral research fellows.
The spacious apartments range in size from studio to four bedroom units (402 to 1,453 square feet). All two-, three- and four-bedroom units have two bathrooms. Rental rates start at $295 per month per person. Amenities include cable, Internet and beautiful bay windows overlooking Roberts Street and First Avenue. Water and garbage collection fees are included at no additional charge and coin-operated laundry is on site. Climate-controlled, underground parking is available for rent at a $25 per month discount for apartment tenants. The ramp at Island Park also offers reduced rates for Downtown Cityscapes residents.
