Tawnya Iglehart, a senior majoring in visual arts, will present her Baccalaureate Exhibition, titled "My Zoom Button," March 18-April 1, at the Renaissance Gallery. An opening reception is planned for Friday, March 26, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the gallery.

Iglehart’s work portrays humoristic behaviors she finds in both herself and in other people. Within her art, she tells stories using moments of these characteristics and amplifies them. She also takes commonly known objects out of their normal context to provoke thought.

While at NDSU, Iglehart has participated in the Student Art Society and was a recipient of the James Falck Viterbo, Italy Scholarship. She has participated in exhibitions at the Upfront Gallery, Memorial Union Gallery, Reineke Visual Arts Gallery and the Renaissance Gallery. Iglehart is a 2005 graduate of Garrison (N.D.) High School.

The NDSU Renaissance Gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Admission is free.
