North Dakota State University students majoring in hospitality and dietetics have planned a full-service, casual dining opportunity on Tuesday, April 27, and Thursday, April 29, from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Family Life Center, room 312.

The meal includes watermelon and cantaloupe salad drizzled with mint vinaigrette, sweet and sour chicken skewers over a bed of almond coconut infused rice and a lime parfait.

The meal is open to the NDSU community and the public. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling NDSU Dining Services at (701) 231-7474. Students also will prepare "to-go" meals. The cost of the meal, including a beverage, is $7. Cash or checks will be accepted. Customers can purchase a punch card for $20, which is good for three meals.

Visitors may park in the visitor's parking lot.

Students prepare all meals from scratch. Desirae Kraska and Leah Gramlow are student managers of the meal. Sherri Stastny, assistant professor of health, nutrition and exercise sciences advises the students.
