FORWARD is sponsoring a series of workshops and a pedagogical luncheon presented by higher education consultant JoAnn Moody, Sept. 20 and 21. The workshops and luncheon are geared toward faculty and academic administrators. Separate workshops will be held for new and senior faculty; Promotion, Tenure and Evaluation (PTE) Committee members; and search committee members, chairs, heads and academic deans.
Moody specializes in recruitment, mentorship, evaluation and retention of faculty, postdoctoral candidates and graduate students, especially U.S. under-represented minorities in all fields and women in male-dominated Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields.
