SHARE

The 800 Café will serve a Mexican fiesta lunch Tuesday, March 29, and Thursday, March 31, in room 312 in the Family Life Center (FLC). Seating is available between 11 a.m. and 12:15 p.m.

The meal will begin with a Mexican ranch salad with salsa ranch dressing. The main dish is a pork burrito with homemade salsa and a side of Spanish rice. The final course is a fresh fruit kabob with a decadent chocolate dipping sauce.

The meal is managed and served by NDSU dietetics students Whitney Burrer and Sue Sing Lim with their classmates.

This dining experience is $7 per meal. Three-meal punch cards also are available for $20. Payment can be made by cash or check. Parking is available in the visitor lot on campus. Walk-ins are welcome; however, reservations are strongly suggested since seating is limited. Reservations can be made by contacting the department at 1-7487 or ronda.klubben@ndsu.edu.

The class instructor is Sherri Nordstrom Stastny, assistant professor of health, nutrition, and exercise sciences.

Information about other upcoming meals can be found at www.ndsu.edu/hnes/department_restaurant.
