SHARE

The 800 Café will serve the last lunches for the semester on Tuesday, April 26, and Thursday, April 28, in room 312 of the Family Life Center. Seating will be from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The meal, titled “A Fresh Finale,” will begin with a spinach and strawberry salad served with a homemade poppyseed dressing. The main entrée will feature a Monterey grilled vegetable sandwich alongside fresh cantaloupe wedges. A frozen Peach Melba pie garnished with raspberries will be served for dessert.

Following the meal, two lucky diners will be given a centerpiece to take home.

The meal will be managed and served by NDSU dietetics students Sarah Uhlenbrauck and Abby Plucker along with their classmates.

The dining experience costs $7 per meal. Payment can be made by cash or check. Parking is available in the visitor lot on campus. Meals are available for take-out. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are preferred because seating is limited. To make reservations, contact Ronda Klubben at ronda.klubben@ndsu.edu or 1-7487.

The class instructor is Sherri Nordstrom Stastny, assistant professor of health, nutrition and exercise sciences. Information about other upcoming meals can be found at www.ndsu.edu/hnes/department_restaurant.
