Doctoral student receives Graduate School Teaching Award

Leslie Lekatz, doctoral student in the Department of Animal Sciences, has been awarded the 2013 Graduate School Teaching Award for outstanding teaching contributions in the College of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Natural Resources. She taught medical terminology, graduate experience program, reproductive physiology laboratory and livestock production.

Lekatz will be a faculty member at Illinois State University in August.

NDSU is recognized as one of the nation's top 108 public and private universities by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education.
