As a transfer or graduate student, you are eligible for our upper-division living options for non-first-year students, which include residence halls and apartments. Applying for housing doesn't commit you to NDSU, but it sets you up for success and secures your space for this fall.
Upper-Division Living
Are you a current NDSU student? That means next year, you’ll be considered an upper-division (non-first-year) student – giving you the option to live in any residence hall on campus or choose from a variety of NDSU Apartments.
