University Village Construction Project
To better serve our students, the complex is being replaced with modern, apartment-style living designed for comfort, efficiency, and community.
The new University Village will feature:
- Modern Layouts: Inspired by Apartment 1701, with updated floor plans and amenities.
- Improved Efficiency: A thoughtfully designed community with centralized parking and green space.
- Phased Construction: Replacement will take place in two phases, starting in May 2026, and the second phase tentatively beginning in November 2027.
Our goal is to create an upgraded residential experience that blends the convenience of on-campus living with the comfort of apartment-style housing.
