• 2 pm: LEAD into NDSU Check In begins (Churchill Hall)
• 2:45 pm: Welcome/Weekend Overview/Team Building Activities
• 3:45 pm: Divide into Groups
• 4 pm: Leadership Shield Activity + Group Time
• 5 pm: Break
• 5:30 pm: Dinner with NDSU Residence Life Student Leader Alumni
• 6:30 pm: Panel with NDSU Residence Life Student Leader Alumni
• 7:30 pm: Creating Your Community [getting out of your comfort zone, getting to know your community, and how to get involved in Residence Life]
• 8:30 pm: Group Time
• 9:30 pm: Free Time

Friday, July 24

• 8 am: Breakfast
• 9 am: Energizer
• 9:15 am Strengths Session
• 10:45 am: Break
• 11 am: Group Time [Awareness of self + how to use your strengths as a leader]
• 12:15 pm: Lunch
• 1:15 pm: How to Utilize Campus Resources Overview
• 1:30 pm: Campus Hunt
• 2:45 pm: Break
• 3 pm: Connecting with your Advisor
• 3:30 pm: Faculty in Residence Presentation
• 4 pm: Balancing Your Finances
• 4:30 pm: Break
• 4:45 pm: Group Time
• 5:30 pm: Break
• 6 pm: Dinner
• 7:30 pm: Evening Activity at RJ/Weible Rec Space
• 9 pm: Free Time

Saturday, July 25

• 8 am: Breakfast
• 9 am: Energizer
• 9:30 am: Wellness Center Tour + Free Time
• 11:30 am: Free Time
• 12 pm: Lunch
• 1 pm: Knowing your Community | Fargo/Moorehead
• 1:30 pm: MatBus Overview + Utilize MatBus to Get Downtown
• 2 pm: Exploring Downtown & Goose Chase
• 4 pm: Head back to campus
• 4:30 pm: Break
• 5 pm: Dinner
• 6 pm: Student Panel
• 7 pm: Group Time + Develop Skit/Dance for Bonfire
• 8:15 pm: Bonfire Fire
• 9:30 pm: Free Time

Sunday, July 26

• 8:30 am: Breakfast
• 9:30 am: Group Pictures
• 10:15 am: Closing & Wrap Up
• 11:30 am: Check-out
