Materials Distribution, Advertising, and Campaigning

The Breakdown

Please read and follow the policies and procedures for distributing materials in the residence halls and apartments.

  • Mailbox Stuffers: Mailbox stuffers are not allowed in NDSU residence halls.
  • Posters: Organizations and departments may deliver posters to the Department of Residence Life office for approval and distribution.
    Qty allowed: 16 for halls; 18 for apartments.
