Student Housing
Stay on Campus This Summer!
NDSU provides summer housing for NDSU students who meet at least one of the following eligibility requirements:
- Enrolled in summer school courses
- Living on campus next fall
- Working on campus for a University unit/office/department during the summer
Students living on campus with us will reside in the Mathew Living Learning Center East. Summer school housing rate is $25.50, and is charged per day.
Short or long-term stays are allowed between May 17 and August 7, 2026.
Important Note
Summer housing at MLLC has limited availability, and specific room selections may not be guaranteed. Some students may be placed in shared accommodations with another resident. Students will be notified of their room assignment before moving in.

Parking Information
If you do not currently have an NDSU parking permit, please contact the Parking Office to purchase a summer parking pass.
