NDSU Apartments offer a variety of styles, floor plans and price points--while providing all the benefits and perks of on-campus living. Apartment 1701 is our newest addition and will be opening in the Fall of 2018. Apply Today!
Residence Life is an Auxiliary Service at North Dakota State University. As such, no state appropriated money is received. Revenue received from room rental and apartment rent provides funding for current operations including but not limited to salaries & benefits, facility improvements & utilities, IT communications, staff training, debt retirement and marketing.
