Interested in Joining TRIO Student Support Services?
All students interested in being part of TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) must complete the two-step application process.
To be eligible for TRIO Student Support Services, students must:
- Be enrolled or accepted for enrollment at NDSU.
- Be a citizen, permanent resident, or refugee of the United States.
- Be pursuing their first bachelor’s degree.
- Meet at least one of the following:
- Be a first-generation college student (neither parent has a 4-year degree/bachelor’s degree)
- Identify as a student with a disability
- Meet Federal income requirements based on household size and taxable income
Once a student submits both their application and tax information, the TRIO SSS Director will review the application. You should receive an email within 2 weeks regarding the status of your application. Please check your email regularly for updates. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
*If you are unable to upload a copy of the required Federal Tax form, then please have your parent/guardian submit a Parent/Guardian Income Statement declaring the household adjusted gross income and taxable income from 2024.
