The Dickinson Research and Extension Center (DREC) has several locations in southwestern North Dakota where research and demonstrations are conducted.  These locations include the Main Station in Dickinson (including CHI St. Joseph's Hospital land just south of the DREC main station), Manning Ranch near Manning, Schnell Recreation Area just east of Richardton, Boehm Research Farm southeast of Richardton, and Pyramid Park southwest of Belfield.
