In the last 10 years and with support from several localities including public parks, hospitals, and zoos, NDSU Extension Master Gardeners and Extension Agents have created, and annually maintain, more than 30 gardens across the state with a mission to
- teach through outreach
- beautify our communities
- create safe havens for our pollinator insects such as bees and butterflies
