If you’re employed by a government organization, you might be eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Part of the application process includes certification and signature from your employer. To request certification from NDSU, please send the online form to one of our Human Resources Coordinators at abby.gunderson.1@ndsu.edu. We are unable to receive the online form to our general email inbox. To submit the paper form, please bring the document to our office or send it via Secure File Transfer.
