Pythagoras Award

The Department of Mathematics offers this merit-based scholarship to incoming Freshman. This scholarship is separate from those offered through NDSU financial aid and is not need-based. Students are eligible for this scholarship if they have declared a major within the Department of Mathematics.

Opportunity for Incoming Freshmen

The Pythagoras Award is available to incoming freshmen majoring in mathematics at NDSU. 

Apply through NDSU’s scholarship portal and search for Pythagoras Award.
