Both the NDSU men’s and women’s cross country teams earned the All-Academic Team award from the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

The men posted a cumulative grade point average of 3.636 for the 2020-21 season, and the women had a 3.538 cumulative grade point average for the season.

In addition, NDSU senior Alex Bartholomay was recognized individually as an All-Academic performer. He owns a 3.57 cumulative GPA pursuing a Master of Accountancy degree and was NDSU’s top finisher at the Summit League Championships, taking fifth place overall.

This is the ninth consecutive year that the NDSU squads have claimed the team academic award.
