Residence Life staff honored

Two NDSU Residence Life staff members were recently recognized at the Upper Midwest Region - Association of College and University Housing Officers’ 2022 annual conference, held Nov.  9-11 in Fargo.

Rian Nostrum, NDSU Residence Life director, received the William B. Sweet Distinguished Service Award, which is the organization’s most prestigious award. Established in 1982, the award is presented to individuals who exemplify excellence and commitment to their work and have made significant contributions to the association.

Angie Limesand, Residence Life administrative clerk, received the Support Staff Recognition Award, which honors support staff members on association member campuses.

The Upper Midwest Region - Association of College and University Housing Officers is a collection of professionals organized to educate, conduct research, and provide service to member institutions within the region.

As a student-focused, land-grant, research university, we serve our citizens.
