State of the University

Be part of a historic milestone as Marshall Stewart is formally inaugurated as NDSU’s 16th president on Oct. 1. The inauguration ceremony will feature the 2026 State of the University address, followed by additional campus celebrations throughout the day.

The 2025 State of the University address, “Now Is Our Moment,” was delivered by 15th President David Cook on Tuesday, September 9 at 10 a.m. in Festival Concert Hall.
