Inauguration of NDSU’s 16th President

North Dakota State University invites the campus community, alumni, partners and friends to celebrate the inauguration of Marshall Stewart as NDSU’s 16th president on Thursday, Oct. 1. This ceremonial milestone, which will include the annual State of the University address, is an opportunity to come together as One NDSU, honor the university’s land-grant mission and look ahead to the future of education, research and service.

A formal academic ceremony including this year’s State of the University address delivered by President Stewart as part of the full inauguration program.

(Weather contingency location: Memorial Union Oceti Sakowin Ballroom)

A casual, come-and-go gathering with a complimentary meal. Everyone is invited to stop by, connect and celebrate together.

President’s Inaugural Celebration

The celebration will be a formal, black-tie optional event. Tickets are required and pricing reflects the full dinner and program.
