How Social Impact Leaders Support the Team

Social Impact Leaders (SILs) are a group of students who engage in dialogue on a variety of topics and participate in activities to deepen their understanding of others and their communities.

SILs act as peer leaders by bringing specific activities to facilitate at hall government and encourage meaningful conversations within their hall communities.
